Returns & Exchanges
At Moonlit Hollow, each item is created with care. Because many products are made to order, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or flawed, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include:
your order number
a brief description of the issue
clear photos of the item and packaging
I’ll work with my production partner to replace the item at no additional cost.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If something in your order is incorrect or missing, please reach out within 7 days so I can make it right.
Handmade Items
Handmade pieces may have slight variations that are part of their charm. These natural variations are not considered defects, but if something arrives damaged, I will gladly help resolve it. The products are created especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, returns for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “ordered the wrong size/color” cannot be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have begun production. If you need help, reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to assist.
